Win2K + Asus P2L97 + Voodoo 3 3000 AGP

I have tried every Driver around, but I get a BSOD during Working (when Iam browsing the Internet in Excel,. .
Does anybody have a working Win2k Final on an Asus P2l97 Board with a Voodoo 3 3000 Card. I have tried every Driver around, but I get a BSOD during Working (when Iam browsing the Internet in Excel, ...) Sometimes after 10 Minutes, next after half an hour.
It all worked well with Beta 3. Win 98 also works well, but since RC 2 normal working is impossible. Any Idea ????
