To create the disks:
1. Insert a blank formatted floppy into A:
(you will need 4 total)
2. Insert WIN2K cd
3. Click Start, Run, and type
"x:\bootdisk\makeboot.bat a:"
4. Follow the instructions that appear.

Does the Win2K bootdisk allow read/write to NTFS?
