WIN2k running out of sockets?

This is a discussion about WIN2k running out of sockets? in the Windows Software category; can anyone tell me whats causing this after a while not always i stay connected caus use my AOL instant messenger but i can't use IE or netscape or MIRC says i ran out of sockets, after a reboot its okay, what is the problem
