I have installed the latest windows 2000 drivers for my voodoo 2 card. I can play quake 3 arena, but I have no glide and direct 3d support, so I can't play F1 2000 and Need for Speed 5: Porsche Unleashed and all the old glide and direct 3d games.

I have a Creative Voodoo 2 12mb card and a ATI Rage II card.
I have installed the latest windows 2000 drivers for my voodoo 2
card.
I can play quake 3 arena, but I have no glide and direct 3d support,
so I can't play F1 2000 and Need for Speed 5: Porsche Unleashed and
all the old glide and direct 3d games.
I also don't have a control panel for my voodoo 2 (like in windows
95/98 in my control panel/display.
What the F*CK can I do?

Step One: Cave in and sell your voodoo2 and your rageII
Step two: Buy a voodoo3 2000
Step three: Enjoy all the games you mentioned.
I mean if you can afford all those latest games, you should be able to afford a better video card setup =)

As far as I remember, there is glide support on the Voodoo2 drivers from 3dfx. But... Direct3D is a different story. The 3dfx control panel is not where Win9x would locate it, especially since Win2000 isn't like Windows 9x at all. If you go to Control Panel -> Display -> Settings tab -> 'Advanced...' button, you should see the 3dfx control panel in it. That's as much as I could help here. Buy a Voodoo3? I'll stick with my Voodoo2 12MB that is still ticking.
