Windows 2000 Transparent

This is a discussion about Windows 2000 Transparent in the Customization Tweaking category; I know there is a registry edit that you can make any window or program transparent when inactive. There is also a program that does this neat little feature for you. . only in Win2000 does this work.

TClock is a program to change the transparency and the look on the taskbar. Its great. Can't remember the download URL. But search the net for TClock. I thing www.phong.com had a link to it on his desktop page...
