Windows Streaming Media = high cpu temp, low CPU usage!

This is a discussion about Windows Streaming Media = high cpu temp, low CPU usage! in the Windows Hardware category; I don't know if this would be an ACPI problem or what, but I just tried running a Windows Streaming Media file (ASX) and one of my CPU temps gets to the range of what my system gets for FULL processor load.

I don't know if this would be an ACPI problem or what, but I just tried running a Windows Streaming Media file (ASX) and one of my CPU temps gets to the range of what my system gets for FULL processor load. What's strange is the CPU usage is only around 11%. Has anyone experience this problem?? Besides this, my system is 100% stable and works flawlessly.
