You can get the 3dfx beta drivers that fix your opengl issue at: I'm grabbing them as we speak, and if they don't work, I'll let you know via the board.

yep that me I beat you asking your self why didn't do this long time ago well WIN2000 BETA did it so had very little time for it like I do now.

I've tried everything, and have not been able to get Glide to work. Not even close. I'm starting to think this is all a myth.
Not even quake 2 ?.

I was grabbin the 3dfx Beta drivers for Win2k . They work like a dream, just as good as my wickedgl drivers, the only thing I see different is the gamma, a lot darker than the wickedgl mini drivers. Anyone with a 3dfx board having issues with Q3A, needs to get these .

That's humour right? I'd love to get a copy of those drivers!
As to the games I've tried.... I haven't tried Quake, Q2, or Q3. Wouldn't those be OpenGL? What I've tried is NHL 2000, Grand Prix Legends and Sports Car GT. All in 3Dfx mode, and all fail. After the 3Dfx logo is displayed, I'm thrown back to the desktop.
