working TELES SO/PCI under ME?

This is a discussion about working TELES SO/PCI under ME? in the Legacy OS category; I have teles s0/pci isdn card installed on my computer. I try 3. 34 drivers version, but teles card in not working. Under Control Panel/Teles Isdn hardware test fail. Any solution?.
