xfx geforce mx4000 heating problems

The card is provided with large heatsink i don't know why it appears iam afriad weather it is a symtome for hardware problems.

i have geforce mx4000 after 30min of playing a patch under the screen appears. The card is provided with large heatsink i don't know why it appears iam afriad weather it is a symtome for hardware problems.After restarting it vanishes but after 30min it appears. So i disabled all special features listed below. Kindly help me.
config details.
motherboard : gigabyte 6vm 7-4x
monitor : pavillon m50 HP.
card refrate: 60hz
antilizing : off
antiscropic filtering : off
vertical sync : Off

could be cooling problems go to www.tigerdirect.com and look for a new case with a side fan for gpu cooling or add more fans i my self am runing an old compaq with a upgraded card from 16 mb to 128 all it can take madified the case to cool it and added two more fans works like a charm also how much memory are you runing
