hi This game installs fine on win2kpro (sp2). the simulator inside the game actually works no problem. I have even played the first mission. But. . then it crashes. I don't know why it won't work but the practice simulator will.

NHL 2002 and Windows XP

NHL 2002 is crashing to my desktop, right in the middle of playing the game. I read at Gamespot. com that EA sports games prior to the 2002 series are incompatible. I figured NHL 2002 would be fine. I just installed Win2k on my system and have all the updated drivers for my video card. I even got the compatibility update for win2k & falcon 4. 0 from Microsoft. Yet i still have problems. The game seems to be looking for glide2x.

Hellow! I'm new here and have a wee problem with FFVII. Well, It works well for me under Win2000 while using Qfix. BUT! When I first played the game under Win98, the game would crash at the movie of the falling of the Disk Sector and the characters swing out of harm's way.

There's supposedly a download you can get from Trilobyte that will make this game compatible with NT. However, Trilobyte is gone. is there any other site that I can get this download at or does anyone known the tweaks that need to be cheaked on the XP Application Compatibility program that came with XP?.

I just recently got NFS5. I've deleted the gimmie. dll, but it still doesn't work. The same error message where it says that I don't have enough memory or something. I am using Windows 2000 Professional, and was wondering if anyone else did anything else to get it working.

Sound dropping out in game videos with VIA AC'97?

I have noticed laately that when a game starts its opening video the sound will simple start crackling and fade out. Sorry if this has been covered before, but does anyone know a fix for this? I have tried different drivers.
