Quake3 arena smp under w2k

I can't get quake3 arena to work under w2k with smp enablet. I have a 2Xp3-650 and THT2 ultra. It works just fine with smp=0 anyone who has a solution to this ??.

I have w2k and installed HG2 and it won't work, it says DX6. 1 not installed, I have tried the setwin95. cmd and imagecfg. exe from my old NT4 CD, and it still won't work, it says imagecfg. exe wrong for this system PLease help me in this matter.

Looking at all the software problems i see issued on this site and looking at how i own a majority of them and 99% of them work, i did a little experiment. I went out and bought NFS5 but before i installed it, i went out and found a rar (illegal) copy of the same game NFS5.

Problem with Halflife, G400 and Windows 2000

I am having a problem playing Halflife in windows 2000 pro. I installed the game and also the latest patch, when i play in direct3d the game plays (very fast time wise by the way) but the console ~ is not available and if I hit esc I get no menu but a black screen.

Version 5 nvidia detonaters no d3d

I installed the new version 5. 13 or whatever detonater drivers from 3dchipset. com and everything was great. I went from the 3. 78 to the new ones and i had d3d before on the 3. 78 but i did'nt notice till a short while ago that i had no d3d with the new ones.

Falcon 4 crashing after each mission.

Does anyone have a fix for this other than running in anything-other-than-Glide mode? I'm using a V3-2000 (recently downgraded , Intel P3-450. Sigh. Any ideas welcome. (Running Windows 2000).

Force commander and Banshee

Has anyone gotten force commander to work with a Voodoo Banshee? It runs but I have no 3D exceleration. Most likly my drivers if so does anyone know where to get any that work? Thanks!!.

SOF exits back to desktop!

Man, this game rocks. The only problem I have with it however, is that when I press exit, half of the time it exits back to desktop! And when it loads a new level, it also exits back to desktop. I got SOF working finally, after I read that I had to be a non-administrator to get it working. . . Oddly enough. . . It worked like a Charm. . . Anybody have any Idea what may cause this? Cause it's I'd rather not have to log-out just to play a game : ).

I have yet to receive a reply from Lucasarts on Windows 2000 and Force Commander if they have any plans to make the game compatible. I have over a weeks time sent to questions and am still waiting. Anyone else have any new luck on getting this one going?.

I have a Problem, i can successfuly run Age of Kings with the no cd win2k crack of gamecopy, but sometimes when i´m playing Windows closes my game unexpectedly (this is very annoing when playing in the zone).

For Windows 2000: If you create any archive in the. . \system32 directory called ddhelp. exe (may be an empty text file) then the game detectc DirectX and works as in windows 9X. .
