I need this thing to work in W2K, but its' drivers just give black previews and scans. Somebody can help out?.

The black colour 56 kbps modem from USR has some heat dissipation problem. The speed get slower and slower when the heat built up. While if you disconnect and leave it for five minutes you will get a fast connection again.

Since this is the forum with the most reads, i thought about posting here! I noticed someone asking if there is an IRC channel for this board. . . well, there is one on Undernet, #NTCompatible. There are complaints that it's a very quiet channel, but I didn't see it advertised ANYWHERE myself.

If I restart Win 2k, the Blue Window appears and it's show this massage: Stop: C0000221 Unkown Hard Error \Sytem Root\Sytem32\ntdll. dll What can I do?? Please help me.

Voodoo 3 3000 AGP on Win2k Major Problem !!!

Well i am usuing Win2k and Voodoo 3 3000 AGP and it just don't run games. Games work fine untill two weeks ago and then Boom they don't work, i tryied reinstall drivers but it don't work, At EA 3dSetup i can't see my Voodoo anymore but i see just Software Rander That isn't good.

usb problems and com1 and com3 problem

i have an intellimouse explorer that i was running through usb. i recently installed the via 4 in 1 4. 22 update. this update wasnt for my usb but right after that the usb got messed up and the cursor movement was very jerky, and the mouse stopped responding and hour or 2 after i restarted.

NVIDIA 3.66 is the only drivers that dont crash

Any one know what the difference is between the 3. 66 drivers and the rest. They are the only drivers i can use that do not BSOD, hard freeze, or kill the sound. hardware is: sd-11 athlon 600 mx300 geforce.

Anyway to lower the overhead Win2k imposes?

What I mean is that I dont have the fastest system by any means but I feel that Win2k is a little to sluggish for what im running it with. I have tweaked all I know how to tweak and set to manual the services I have read can be setthat way.

OK, I have sorted out the problem with the IRQ Steerin, thank GOD, but my MX300 still cuts out after a few seconds. Does anybody know why? I have the new BETA Aureal Drivers, and still the Damn thing refuses to function correctly.

Very annoying problem I never really had in win9x: The cdrom refuses to read certain cd's that do work on other pc's (Intel based. . ) the cdrom itself is fine cause i placed it in a different pc (intel) and it worked fine with cds i cant run on my system (amd).

Hi ! After installation of Detonator 2 Driver (5. 22) from the Nvidia Site SOF gives me this error message on startup: GLimp_End Frame-Swap Buffer Failed ????!?? MDK2 runs fine. . . . hope you can help.
