Several program crashers on RC3 - why?

Hi, After installing RC3 als Clean Install I got the following program crashes: - The application, hh. exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 12/19/1999 @ 13:57:44. 271 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 75AF2128 (<nosymbols> ) - The application, iexplore.

DVD filters

I can't get Xing DVD player to work on win2k build 2183, windvd works on it but i prefer xing, also how come either win2k or xing, or windvd don't use filters and where can i get the filters if possible

NetXray & other net programs

Recently I tried to install the demo version of NetXray and some others net programs but W2k 2195 keep on not seeing the network card. Does anyone has the same pb? The card is a 3com 905tbx Thanks Jeff.

Hey, Ever since I installed LiveWare3 I've been having problems with my music programs. Programs such as FruityLoop2 now have very skippy playback or won't playback at all. Reaktor also has the same problem.

Win2k/ software DVD / WinDVD...

Has anyone successfully gotten software DVD playback in win2k? I tried the WinDVD proggie and that plays dvd's fine. But when I install this, then I cannot play mpegs with windows media player. I uninstall WinDVD and i can play mpegs again.

PGP 6.5.2a and RC3?

Has anyone tried using PGP with RC3? It doesn't integrate itself with Outlook expess on my machine. It throws a error when I go to send a email I clicked to be encripted. It works fine on my win98se machine.

Found this at Betanews! Windows 2000 Goes Gold Tuesday - 11:53 PM ET Sources have reported today that Windows 2000 Build 2195 has hit Release To Manufacturing. Microsoft had encountered a few last minute bugs which led to the delay in release, initially slated for the 8th.

Will LiveWare3 work on dual processors?

My first experiences were frustrating, to say the least. The latest instructions, Liveware32, don't say that it won't work, but I really don't want to mess up a perfectly running RC2 installation just to find out it still won't install.

PC Anywhere 9.0 Crash

Has anyone experienced crashing in AWHOST32. DLL when running pcAnywhere 9. 0. 1 as a service under Win2K? I am running build 2128 and the service dies when anyone tries to connect to it. Any insight is appreciated.
