Logitech has a large line of universal remotes, ranging from simple no frills devices to high end, robust multifunction, touch screen remotes. The Harmony 670 is Logitech's universal remote marketed specifically to DVR / TiVO customers. This one remote can control multiple devices in the home with just a few steps. With the ability to control television sets, DVD players, surround sound, and TiVO / DVR devices, this will be the last remote household users need.

PC Specialist are a UK based company who concentrate solely on custom PC builds for consumers that do not have the time or expertise to create a system themselves. Trading since September 2003 they may not be the first name that comes to mind but this does not mean they should be ruled out if you need a prebuilt. Using their web configuration tool it is possible to create a system to match your dreams (or budget!) and one such system is the Apollo.

Today we are reviewing one of the higher specification models in that family which features a quad core Intel processor, dual graphics cards and over a terabyte of storage. As well as the standard performance testing we will also be taking a detailed look to see just how it rates in regards to the quality of the build.

For review today I've got a Micro SD / T-Flash Card Reader from our friends at USBFever and it's possibly the world's smallest card reader on the market today. A little while ago I reviewed the SuperTalent Pico-C Gold USB drive and this reader is actually a tiny bit smaller than the Pico-C Gold so it's a very portable and very useful little gadget. Throw a microSD card into it and you've got the making of the world's smallest USB drive!

Just over two months have passed since the release of our initial article. XFX has sent us a replacement sample for the GTX280 which is completely free of from the electronic component hum we initially experienced. In addition to the GTX280, XFX also sent us their latest and greatest XXX version of the card for review. We decided to embrace this as an opportunity to compare the two cards in a head to head along with a number of other popular graphics solutions. Our intent is not to rehash the plethora of features already covered in great detail in the aforementioned article, but more to concentrate on serious testing and expound on those features that prove noteworthy with the more mature drivers we will be using.

While the OCZ Vendetta 2 isn't silent, or the absolute best thermal performer, it strikes an excellent balance between them considering the £23 price tag. In fact, in some respects we think OCZ might be selling itself short at this price, or we'd happily pay a few quid more for some spare screws and gromits... and a new mounting mechanism. While it might not be up there with the big boys of the Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120 or Noctua NH-U12P in performance, /for the money/ there is very little able to touch the Vendetta 2's performance, both thermally and acoustically.
