Toshiba Portege R700: Quality With Price
InsideHW.com has reviewed Toshiba Portege R700 notebook

Toshiba has built quite a name and reputation in the mobile computer market in the past 25 years. Simply put, it's a company you trust by default. Satellite PCs in particular are synonymous with Toshiba's brand, while other notebook series are less popular. One of those is the strictly business-oriented, ultra-portable notebook series called Portege. These notebooks are rumoured to be direly expensive, but also stunningly resilient…

ArcSoft Total Media Theatre 5 Blu-ray Review
MissingRemote.com posted a review on the ArcSoft Total Media Theatre 5 Blu-ray Review

It is not that often that we get a chance to take an early look at the next generation of Blu-ray (BD) playback software for the home theater PC (HTPC) so when ArcSoft offered us the chance to review Total Media Theatre 5 (TMT5) we could not say no, even though the timeline was very aggressive. Fortunately we can report that BD playback is excellent (including frame sequential 3D with a supported NVIDIA GPU), and the frameless video surface TMT5 uses for video playback looks great and gives the application a slight edge in picture quality versus the competition. Unfortunately, it does not reach feature parity with the ease of use a dedicated hardware player can provide, missing two critical features -- automatic refresh rate and channel configuration matching.

Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 32GB Review

If you're in the market for a flash drive and your PC supports USB 3.0, seeking out a compatible product is a no-brainer. The speed potential is huge, and most often, the cost premium is not. Mionix Naos 3200 Gaming Mouse Review
OCIA.net has posted their review of the Mionix Naos 3200 Gaming Mouse

For the majority of users, a mouse is just a mouse. As long as it moves the pointer on the computer screen where they want it to go, it doesn't matter what shape, color or feel it has. Then there are others who patently refuse to use the standard stuff that comes with the computer. Mionix is a company based in Sweden that makes gaming mice, mouse accessories and audio gear that are "light years ahead of the game". The Mionix Naos has an LED optical sensor adjustable up to 3200dpi, programmable buttons, customizable LED lighting and built-in memory for storing your settings.

BitFenix Colossus Review
Computing on Demand has posted a new article, 'BitFenix Colossus'

If I have said it once, I have said it a thousand times... it takes a lot to impress me. Computer cases have made a wicked transformation over the years and there seems to be a few staples for me when it comes to my top picks. My main rig runs out of my Zalman Z-Machine GT1000 and my server makes its home inside the simple yet industrial Lian Li PC-75B (one of my all time favorite cases).  As computer cases come and go here in the lab I hear the same song and dance; "This will be the best one you have reviewed yet" and for some reason a lot of them just fall short. BitFenix thinks they can break the current losing streak cases have had here with a design that is tough like Ray Lewis yet soft like Cinemax late night movies.  Enter the Colossus.

Antec Soundscience Rockus 3D 2.1 Speaker Kit Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the Antec Soundscience Rockus 3D 2.1 Speaker Kit

The recently announced Antec Soundscience Rockus 3D 2.1 speaker system is a new venture for Antec, who is well known for their power supplies and enclosures. The Rockus 3D 2.1 speaker system has a total power rating of 150 Watts and is tuned to deliver amazing stereo quality sound according to the company. Read on to see if this 2.1 speaker system is what you need to take you listening experience to the next level!

No matter what form of media that I used to test the Antec Soundscience Rockus 3D 2.1 Speakers be it music, movies, games or streaming video, the Rockus speakers were up to the task and they did it very, very well. To say that I was impressed with how they sounded is an understatement. The bass from the sub-woofer was tight and in your face, the mids and the highs were in perfect balance and I do have to say that they gave my Klipsch Promedia speakers a good whipping. Not only was the sound tighter, they actually sounded better than the Klipsch at high volumes. Now, I am not saying that the Rockus speakers dominated, as I did prefer the Klipsch speakers during the movie portion of my testing, but I think the advantage there was that the Klipsch speakers have the THX algorithms built into them and that makes for better and more immersive movie watching to me...

Corsair Hydro Series H70 CPU Cooler Review
Reviewstash.com posted a review on the Corsair Hydro Series H70 CPU Cooler

In the hardware enthusiast market, producing both groundbreaking and high-quality products is something almost unheard of. Fortunately, Corsair, one of the most renowned memory, cooling, chassis, and peripheral manufacturers on the market, is a company that clearly understands those values. To reiterate that point, not too long ago water cooling was relegated only to dedicated computer enthusiasts, willing to dedicate a large amount of time and money to get the best cooling performance possible. Recently, manufacturers have begun releasing "all-in-one" water cooling solutions. Most of those have either been cost or performance prohibitive. Corsair's first self-contained water cooling product, the Hydro Series H50, completely changed that by being affordable, easily configured, and performing impressively. Now, Corsair shows that it not only understands quality and innovation, but that it also values product evolution. Closely following in the footsteps of the H50, the Hydro Series H70 promises even better performance through a beefier radiator, high performance copper cold plate, a low profile pump, and two fans for push-pull configuration. With the H50 still on the market, and the H70 costing roughly 24% more, is the extra investment worthwhile? Read on to discern if the latest addition to the Hydro series precedes Corsair's impressive reputation.

Deepcool N8 Review
OCC has published a review on the Deepcool N8

While the Deepcool N8 might not have as many frills as some of the other coolers I have reviewed, it does provide a professional, crisp, look that many other coolers do not have. This, bundled with decent cooling ability, provided by the aluminum base as well as the two large fans, as well as a USB hub make it a good choice for anyone who wants to give out a professional appearance while on the go.

Mionix NAOS 3200 Gaming Mouse Review
Futurelooks checks out a gaming mouse from Mionix

Being a fan of big action video games puts some specific requirements on the gaming mice I use. Most of those games don’t fare well with low DPI or slow polling gaming mice. In fact, the shape of the mouse and button placement affect the experience. If the mouse isn’t tuned right, targets and objectives are missed. But, I also don’t like to spend too much if I can avoid it. With these basic requirements in mind, Mionix sent us their more cost effective NAOS 3200 High Performance Gaming Mouse. Let’s give it a shot and see how it compares to a couple of other mice.

Thermaltake TT eSPORTS Challeger Pro Gaming Keyboard Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the Thermaltake TT eSPORTS Challeger Pro Gaming Keyboard

When was the last time that you upgraded your keyboard? The Tt eSPORTS CHALLENGER Pro Series keyboards has red backlighting, 10 Macro keys and even has a cooling fan on it! The idea behind the fan, is to dry your sweaty hands caused by the rise of adrenaline during gaming. The Tt eSPORTS CHALLENGER Pro Gaming Keyboard costs under $70 as well, which might make it an ideal gift for the upcoming holiday season.

What I liked most about the Thermaltake TT eSPORTS Challenger Pro keyboard was its ability to load up to four different profiles. In Starcraft II, this gave me the ability to use the same key to produce units regardless of which race (Terran, Protoss, or Zerg) I was playing. Being able to adjust the timing of the macro key is another feature which I thought was very cool. I also liked the overall keyboard look and feel and the ability to adjust the LED back light illumination of the keys. Itâ€:tm:s got a nice long detachable USB cable and carry bags for both the keyboard and cable making it easy to transport to a friends house or to a competition. I was just at Blizzcon 2010 and saw several of the professional gamers pulling their keyboards out of carrying cases similar one included with the Challenger Pro...
