Had to have driver disk posted. Downloadable driver omits Scan program. A lot of trouble to install. I recommend using the Add/remove hardware wizard to view hidden devices and uninstall any "USB device" entry if having trouble. W2000 detected a new usb device when it was switched off so I switch off at the socket now. Logically it is a USB hub with a USB scanner and a USB printer attached. The driver disk has a confusing bundle of directories.
