Have tried over and over, but am unable to get Nero loaded. I get a dialog that says: "An incorrect serial number was entered. Carefully enter your serial number again."
I have asked repeatedly for help from Nero support, and I always get back boilerplate that tells me to press a button on the Nero dialog - but it isn't installed. I have copied the serial number directly from the email I received when I ordered - and NO GO.
It would be nice if they would actually answer my question...
