Actually, it use to involve IE, but IE stop supporting IDN.

First one in AGES that I have seen which affects Opera of ANY variety, period.

(Not model I use apparently in 8.0 beta, but 7.54 & below, which is, iirc, current stable build model being distro'd on their website!)

P.S.=> I've heard tell of others, that affect ONLY 'tabbed' browsers too... I don't have specifics, but did read about it iirc, @ SlashDot & usually? Their articles are VERY precise, & to tell you the truth?? They get some of the most "geek knowledgeable people" there are online I have ever run into @ one spot online...
