Possible Windows 2000 Refresh Rate fix?

Ok I might be talking out of my A$$ since I have not yet installed my copy of Windows 2000 pro yet but I noticed that everyone is having problems with refresh rates. I used to use a small utility in win98 called MultiRes and it allowed you to changeon the fly the refresh rate and resoulution quite easily, i noticed that their latest release supports Win2k. Theya re talking about refresh rates in games. Multires will work fine for your desktop....

oops my bad sorry, i always thought that whatever game you ran used whatever refresh rate you have set on your desktop
