Folks,

What's the best (and easiest) way to completely remove detonator drivers from WinXP? Add/Remove Programs?

Cheers

Add Remove is a good place to start.

This is a good "catch all"

After you have run Add/Remove Software, this freeware program can help remove some bits not completely cleaned out: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3214.html

I have a GeForce Mx 440 and i dload from a secure well know trustworthy server a .reg file named coolbits.reg which just add a tweak folder and parameters.
From the moment i installed that crap i had an explorer.exe each time i opened Cpanel.
So i wen to regedit deleted the whole NVIDIA folder then uninstalled the drivers (thank god i have access to add/remove programs from another app) and i cleaned the registry from wrong references with a great tool.
I restarted my machine and then i reinstalled my drivers (44.02) and everything worked properly.
So the moral is that you can make it on your own sometimes!!!
