Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the Phanteks PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler

As much as that worked out OK in “The Punisher”, it typically doesn’t end well at all, obviously. Besides, the Punisher used a ballistic knife so the balance of power was shifted from the start. Of course, in actual life ballistic knives are not only illegal, they are wildly inaccurate. You are just about as likely to stab yourself in the foot as to hit your target. Then you have those that tend to show up over-armed. If a battle of cooling performance was likened to a knife fight, Phanteks would be rolling up with a full SWAT team and a couple of Pershing IIs along for good measure.

The PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler is the first offering from Phanteks in the mainstream price category. While the Phanteks PH-TC12DX is smaller in stature and price point than its twin tower sibling, the same unique Phanteks features and top notch build quality are there. Phanteks patented T.A.P.S. and C.P.S.C. technologies repel heat from outside sources, while improving heat conductivity between the TC12DX’s individual components. The TC12DX is a side by side dual tower cooler resembling a standard single tower at first glance, with a small split separating the two towers. Standing at only 157mm and weighing in at 880g with both fans, the TC12DX will fit comfortably in almost all mid and full tower cases. Running through the TC12DX’s copper base are four 6mm heatpipes, which run up through the aluminum fins. Two PH-F120 PWM fans handle airflow chores, with 600-1800rpm range with 68.5 CFM capabilities at only 27.6 dBA. The TC12DX is available in standard silver, as well as optional black, red and blue, featuring the same impeccable finishes we have seen from Phanteks in the past. All components of the Phanteks PH-TC12DX are backed with a five year warranty.
