WindowBlinds is a program that lets users transform the Windows GUI. It Extends Windows XP to support additional visual styles. It also makes Windows 98/ME/2000 fully customizeable. With WindowBlinds, every element of the user interface can be changed (title bars, push buttons, radio buttons, and so on). WindowBlinds can make a Windows system look like Windows XP, MacOS, or even something completely new. Version 3.1 adds gamma correction and a new skin format called Extended Visual Styles that works on all versions of Windows and are roughly twice as fast as the visual styles found in Windows XP.
