How do you record a LINE-IN in Windows 2000?

I forgot how to record from a LINE-IN from a creative labs soundblaster live. Does anyone know how to do it in detail? I have the latest live drivers. But I will add hardware info just incase. What I am trying to do is record audio from a SVHS Line-OUT to a Line-IN from the SVHS player.

NHL 2001 Crashes sometimes

Hi, I am using NHL 2001 with Voodoo Banshee Beta Drivers. The Games works sometimes but sometimes it crashes back to the desktop while loading. I would love to know what the problem is. Hope somebody helps.

WinTV severe drawing problems!

Hi, i got a Hauppauge WinTV PCI and i got severe drawing problems. When ever i resize the windows more than one certan point i get ugly stripes all over the picture, same goes when i go fullscreen. .

Overheating LED on SuperMicro Case

I've got a SuperMicro mini-tower case (lovely piece of kit, not cheap, but the build quality is excellent) Anyway, on the front of the case are the usual Power LED, HDD LED but also a 'over-heating LED' This over-heating LED has a two pin connector on the end.

I have a tekram DC395U (scsi card) and a Yamaha 6416s (cd-writer) The Cd-writer is recognize by Win2000 but when i start nero the cd-writer is not recognize. . . . . I put the file Wnaspi32. dll in the directory of nero but it doesn't work.

I'm starting to have fairly regular crashes with explorer. exe. Really pisses me off since I have to restart/logoff to get my system tray icons back. It seems to happen most when I open the Start button or when using ie.

Hi, I'm not able to solve this problem. . . My pc is a PII300, 128 Mb RAM, 1,6 Gb HD free space. When I run EF2000 under DOS emulation, I get an error message: the program needs 24 Mb of free HD space or RAM and it seems that only 15 Mb are free.

To cover the basics: The problem cropped up after a fresh install of Win2k with SP1 and all the updates. I start get into hl (or cs), setup everything, set video (800x600, OGL, 3dfx mini) and try to start a game.

I used apcompat. exe and the game installed just fine. But when I try to run the win95 version then it runs in a extrymely low resolution and then it gives me some weird error and thats all. The dos version works fine but its low res and the win95 version is supposed to run at the res at which my desktop is set.

I'm using a promise fastrack100 raid controller under winME. . I have 2 hard drives connected totalling 98GB using the spanning option. . the largest partition I've been able to make is 64GB. . I've tried partition magic, fdisk, format.

Value Creative Labs Geforce2 Pioneer 10x DVD HP 8x6x24 CDR The system runs perfectly stable in win98/Me but when put in the Win2k environment it will lock up the graphics anywhere from 5mins-12hrs after booting up.

OK, it's late, and I should be in bed, but I'm playing with my system. I got my PIII 500E to 667MHz with a FSB of 133. Nice for me. I was only looking for 650, but with the locked clock-multiplier, I just went for the 133, instead of my planned 5.
