floppy problem in NT 4.0

getting floppy drive errors in nt4. 0 replace drive no help error message is invalid parameter. . . . bios settings are normal,funny part is can boot to the drive works in dos but nt is giving error upon drive access, once again.

"Parameter is incorrect" error on floppy drive

When accessing the floppy drive through My Computer, I am receiving a Parameter is Incorrect error message. I am unable to open any floppies nor write to them while in NT Server. Here are some other facts about the system: 1.

I was given a 3 gig hard drive yesterday, I know it pretty smal but anyway I'll cut to the chase. Upon running diagnostics on it I discovered that it had somewhere in the region of 17 bad sectors on it.

Ok, I have a choice, both of these cards are free to me. . RivaTNT 16 MB PCI or Voodoo 3 3000 16 MB AGP now, Voodoo 3 has good performance, but the fact that it has a max texture limit of 256x256, whereas the RivaTNT has 2048x2048!!!! I mean, that's a big gap between the two numbers.

Kodak DC260 Digital Camera win2k support?

Has anyone been able to get the kodak dc260 digital camera working on win2k through USB? I tried installing the NT drivers kodak provides but had no luck getting them to work under win2k. Any ideas?.

CAn you install Windows 2000 drives in whistler? I tried and i get all these dev*32. exe errors. I deleted it and now i don't get it. . but also i don't get the 4 speaker surround and eax. . Was just wondering if this a whistler problem or just a problem with my system?.

Anyone have a clue how to add Linux to my already existing Windows 2000 boot up menu. I don't want to use Lilo or other boot up menu's, but I am not sure how to do so. I plan on running Mandrake Linux.

When I create a site I used to have no problems when I left anonymous connections and basic authentication on in IIS. On the parts I wanted to be public ,I just added Internet User with appropriate rights and that worked fine.

HL Console Text Color...How do you change?

How do you change the console text color in half-life, I was at a lan party tonight and noticed someone had changed there text color to blue. I'm tired of the orange color of the text it blends to easy with some of the maps and makes it hard to see what people are saying.
