I've installed this game, and the 1. 08 patch. When I run it, the mouse pointer changes to the clock for about 2 seconds, then changes back to a pointer. Nothing happens. Anyone figure out what's preventing WW II fighters to run? I noticed that some people had the same symptoms, and others it ran fine? thanks! cw.

Hi Guys, I have been trying to run Carivores Iceage. As soon as I run it, it says Heap Allocation Error! and terminates back to the desktop. I tried ACT to check for Page Heap stuff but I couldnt understand and it didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to get the win95 version of C&C Red Alert to work with Win2k ? I want to play with sound and in a higher resolution than 640x400. (if this is possible in DOS, fine, but please explain me how) Anyone ideas on this difficulty ?.

It's called soundfx and it seems to work I was able to get sound in System Shock haven't tried any others yet. There is a shareware time limited version. pay for the full one. .

Hi, I recently tried to install Windows NT workstation 4. 0. I was told that if I already had Windows 98 (which I did), NT would recognize it, and ask me about dual boot. However, when I finished installing, the only 2 boot options were Windows NT 4 and Windows NT 4 (VGA).

games freeze for a couple seconds.

i have two systems running Win2k, one is a p3 the other is an athlon. When ever i play a game, well a D3D game(i haven't used openGL in a while), within the first minute of play it will freeze for about 10 - 15 seconds then it will run without problems.
