I just bought it, and I've saving up to get it for a bit. I get home to my win2k box and install it. . After installation I try playing. . . . and NOTHING happens. The mouse turns into the hour glass for a split second, and then I'm back to normal.

Screen turns blue on resolution change....

I have a Leadtek GeForce2 MX on Win2k, and just recently, whenever I change the screen resolution, the screen is blue when it finishes (not a BSOD, but the screen is dark blue). I can still see the mouse pointer, but nothing else.

Hi guys - Ok I know you've probably seen this before and I've read many places that NT doesnt like FAT32. . thing is that I hear Win2000 really doesnt mind it at all. I have run fdisk and reformated this drive many times.

Okay, Ive got a clean install of Win2k and a new Hercules Prophet II MX with the 6. 53 drivers off Hercules site. When ever I exit a level I get the blue scree with a stop message with something about nv4.

Okay i have installed winxp 2446 about a week ago or two and now all of a sudden today i get the warning saying i have 7 days to activate my MS product i tried doing the crack again from safe mode, rebooted same thing i have 7 days to activate should i be worried or what

Is a pagefile required for each drive?

Hey guys. I have the one drive set up with two partitions, running a dual OS setup. ME/W2K and have set the pagefile to my w2k drive. The problem is, it worked fine for a while but recently when I booted I received a message saying my pagefile is too small.

Greetings, Ok here we go. Installed ESCD 5 in Win98SE. Popped in a blank disk and formatted it using Direct CD 5 for drag and drop operation. Dragged my backup directory to the burner and it copied the folder to the drive.

I have winXP 2428 and installed it and on first boot i went into safe mode changed regdone to 1 and activation req to 0. Is there anything else that i have to know to prevent it disableing itself?.

Problem using Unreal with OpenGL

For some reason unknown to me, I´m not able to run Unreal in OpenGL mode. It always crashes back to the desktop during the OpenGL initialization phase. Any clues? And pretty pretty pretty please don´t tell me to use Direct3D, it´s just way too slow with Unreal.

I know there is a registry edit that you can make any window or program transparent when inactive. There is also a program that does this neat little feature for you. . only in Win2000 does this work.

Hi ! In win 98 , i was using norton utilities for that. But i'm new in 2k , and how i can put my pagefile at the beginning of my drive c: like in win98 ? I have a 384/384 pagefile , but well , it seem's stock right in the middle of my c: drive , and i'm sure it slow me a little.
