Problem with Intel Pro/100+ Management adapter

I have trouble with my onboard ethernet card which is being detected as an Intel Pro/100+ management adapter (Win98 and WinNT4. 0 detect this as well, and work fine). Win2000 reports to me that the cable is not connected.

i am running win2k (2128) with iis5. 0, i have internet sharing running so my win98 machine can surf. i want to tun a dedicated game server (Unreal Tournament) and have other net users connect. (i have a cable modem) so: iis is up and running and i can connect from the web, i can surf.

Epox KP6-BS USB Support?

I can't seem to enable my USB support with my KP6-BS motherboard. I've gone into the BIOS and enabled all the USB functions. This still doesn't seem to work. I have the current BIOS (990913). Am using build 2194.

LT Win Modem Drivers

Running build 2031 and the LT Win Modem will not keep the drivers loaded. Any body know of a set that will load and stay loaded? I'm using the drivers that were in the O/S.

FlyVideo under Win2000 RC2/no sound

I've dl-ed the newest driver for my Flyvideo card and I can't get sound. The picture is fine, sound is missing. BTW both video and audio section of this card have a yellow exclamation mark next to them in device manager; tuner works anyway, but without sound.

Hello, I own a Creative 3D Blaster TNT2 Ultra and I had no problems with the video card during the Win9x days. I upgraded to Windows 2000 RC3 (build 2183) and since then I can't go beyond the old VGA screen with 16 colors.

TNT D3D image quality question

With a CL TNT, the 3. 53 drivers and build 2128, the d3d image quality is notably missing some features. Running the 3dmark 2000, there is a lack of shadows, and the colors are not what they should be.

When i run Half life (i have eax ticked in audio options) when you go into the game it says No Directsound Driver Found But the sound works fine but I can't hear the EAX it sounds like it's running without it any way to fix i ...

Hello, I have an unsupported device in build 2183. It is a satellite card, and Win2k just detects it as a network adapter. I have NT4 and Win9x drivers for it, and I was wondering if there is any way to get it to work by hacking these drivers like Anthony's Liveware3 run.

Hey Peeps, im in the market for a good speaker system that comes with a subwoofer for my win2k monster. ;o) im tired of my old crappy speakers (made in 1991 ;oP) so if anyone has a phat setup they recommend let me know, i have seen phat stuff in the $60-70 range from Antec Lansing, their powercube, or PC Works.

Microphone in RC3 problem, please help.

I can't seem to get a microphone to work in RC3. Here is what I have tried: 3 microphones, on two different sound cards, in two different computers. One of the microphones is brand new. The sound cards are a Ensonic 32 half duplex, and a MX300 full duplex.

win2000 says my hardrive is corrupt

when i try to install win2000 rc2 on my pc everthing goes fine until it tests my hardrive then it says it is corrupt. but when i reforamte it and use scandisk scandisk does not find any errors does any one know whats rong.
