Hello, i have a weird question here. On one of my gaming machines (the good one) im having sort of a problem with the hard drive saying that it is running ms-dos compatibility mode. Im not sure what this means, but in the description it says it will significantly decrease system performance.

I tryid over 100 programs and tweakings nothing worked until i dl a program called Geforce tweaker. . . . . . it fixed my ping for every game i play online. . . . . u can dl it here : Remember to push Fast settnings and ur ping will be fine just like orginal ping should be :].

I had this problem with XP RC2 and RTM. CDRWIN and Fireburner start to burn and then computer freezes halfway through it. I have a Plextor 12/10/32A, and it doesnt seem to matter what kind or brand of disks I use (RW or R).

Can some one plz tell my why my ping isn´t normal in anyserver when i play cs?? I tested to creata my own Counter-strike server and few people visit it they all had 10-50 latency=Ping but when i connected to it they all had 200-300 just like me.

Provided you install nothing on top of 9x I mean you can install the latest DirectX, some Games, However you should stop there and go no further. Once you start installing Office2000 Prem ed. IE6, Dreamweaver4, ICQ2000, Netscape?, Latest Virus Scanner of your choice, ZoneAlarm, Overbloated Win Media Player7, ect.

I heard that every time you connect to the internet that win xp sends all your system info i. e cracked software,etc. . also i heard that if your running the corp win xp,(no product activation) the one thats *****ed all over the internet,that microsoft will know and your busted!! is true??? or is it more microsoft b.
