Quick question about changing motherboards

Alright, this has probably been covered before, but I don't know what key word to search for (or just to lazy to do it). But I am upgrading my processor/motherboard from a PIII 505 (Aopen motherboard) to an Athlon 1.

Changing IP in IIS5

We have to change our IP address for our NT server but we have about 100 domains in IIS all using the current IP. Is there a quick way of changing every reference to the current IP to the new IP including under Advanced Multiple Web Site Configuration or is it a case of going thru each domain and changing it manually?.

Mechwarrior II Titanium edition

Has anybody been successful running Mechwarrior II Titanium edition in Windows XP? The game locks up immediately when it is starts up. I don't want to install Windows 98SE just for this game!.

When the GeForce4 MX's come out, be aware that they lack some important features present in the GeForce3 line. Might want to consider them updates of the GeForce2 MX line. John Carmack of Id even criticized the NV17 being called a GeForce4 MX.

Can't get EMS in Win2K...

I'm having the *exact* same problem as the guy in. (Hi, Vlad. ) I cannot get any expanded memory in Win2K, as hard as I try. I've reinstalled several times to no avail. I've tried all manner of settings in my pif and config.

I have recently set up my NEC 660+ to work with Windows XP using a Minolta PageWorks Pro 1100L driver. I finally got it to print; however it prints multiple copies and won't stop until I cancel from the print menu (reminds me of a Stephen King novel).

C: going from UDMA4 -> PIO Mode After a cold boot...

Ok yet another problem here I can restore my settings to those of a few days ago, and my HDD and CDRom stay as a UDMA4 and MultiWord DMA-2 respectively, - as long as I don't shut it off. Restarts seem to be fine, though as the setting are retained.

What causes ATAPI Timout Errors in System Log?

Anyone have a clue as to why I would receive these errors in my system log every once in a while??? The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort0. The device, \Device\Ide\IdePort0, did not respond within the timeout period.

How do I do a "clean" install for my new sound car

I will be getting a SB Audigy w/1394 OEM soon. I currently have the original SB Live (full retail) installed. Should I re-install Windows XP Pro? Or is there a clean way of installing my new sound card? If yes, how do I remove my old sound drivers, clean and properly?.
