I am running W2K SP2 with compat update, Intel Celeron 500, 256 RAM. F-22ADF is listed as compatable with win2k, but I keep receiving the cdsetVolume 11 error when launching. I've checked the direct 3d emulation log in the directory and it initialized just fine (so it's not graphics related).

Is a page file really necessary if you have enough ram? I mean i have a LRGE amount of ram on my system, and virtual memory is just using the Hard drive as temporary ram right? so could i just DISABLE the page file ( Virtual memory) altogether? just a thought.

In XP, how do I change the location of the print spooler folder without mounting a volume to that folder? I think I did it once before, but I can't remember how, and my Epson 980 properties do not include a place to change this.

I wanted to thank the Forum for all the help the members and the staff have given me over the past 7 months. But, after having to reinstall WIN XP for the fifth time in that many months due to corrupted profiles/registry(hive), I decided to go back to WIN 2000 Professional.

Everytime I go to shutdown I get the following: Not enough virtual memory. Windows is increasing the pagefile size. I do not know what is causing this at all. I set the pagefile to 768mb and let windows manage it but no luck at all.

Questions probably don't get any more newbie than this but, please try to bare with me. I'm using win2k pro NT, and all of a sudden my password will not work. I have an Admin password that works just fine as well as another general user (not sure of the proper term) password/login that also works just fine.
