How do you play FPS games control wise?

I use a modified keyboard/mouse setup. Fire = First Mouse Button Alt. Fire = X Forward = Second Mouse Button Backward = S Strafe Left = A Strafe Right = D Next Weapon = W Prev. Weapon = E Crouch = Z Jump = Space Use = Q Mouse is always inverted for me, not used to the other way.

How do i get Army Operations to work on windows xp?

I am using a Leadtek GF4 ti 4400 video card with nvidia 29. 42 drivers trying to run the game Army Operations. After its installed i try starting it by double clicking on the icon but nothing ever happens.

I've got a home network consisting of 2 machines, both running XP Pro and connected by a Vigor 2200USB. I've also got a works laptop running Win2000 with Novell Client. Getting .NET Server, Enterprise 32 bit, 64bit--what to do w/

I'm downloading all the RC1s I can. . . server, Enterprise 32bit, and Enterprise 64bit. I realize the 64 will only work on the itanium. . . But. . . any thoughts on what I can do with Enterprise 32bit? I'd love to get it working for bragging rights.

Well I should have really known better, but I am a huge farscape fan and the computer game seemed intriging. I think it stinks. Anyone else? The game feels as though it was simply thrown together. .

Command and Conquer Renegade 1030 patch fails to install

Title says it all. The patch installation gets about 1/8th of the way through, then fails. Leaving me with one of the error report screens to deal with. I have found that others have had this problem, but i've not seen a solution as yet.

Outlook takes too long to retreive mail

I have 5 users with the same computer computer configurations. One user in particular has a problem with her email in outlook 2000. She says she sent email in the morning and it wouldn't arrive until an hour or two later.

W2K SP2 will not recognize full capacity of 20GB Maxtor

Windows 2000 will only recognize the first 8GB of my Maxtor DiamondMax Plus. However it will recognize the full capacity of my 80GB Western Digital. Windows ME and Windows XP both recognize my Maxtor as 20GB and my BIOS does too, the drive has the Auto setting configured in BIOS.

IE6 (XP) Null pages/windows?

Seems like the past few days, every time I open a webpage, another page automatically pops up. Also, 50% of the links I click freeze IE. Sometimes it freezes IE6, sometimes it stays minimized on the taskbar-tried to maximize these pages/windows, but it doesn't do anything.

Recovering Outlook 2000 data from files

My mom's hard drive crashed; I've recovered most of the data on the drive, including the Office 2000 install directory. I'm going to put an O/S on a good hard drive, then transfer the files over. Anything special I need to do to get her Outlook data back?.
