Leadtek GF3-Ti500

hi guys, my friend has just bought a gf3 ti500 made by leadtek. it is on a Gigabyte Ga-5Ax rev 4 board. on a k6-2 450mhz cpu. he has 320mb of ram. i have installed the relevant ALI chipset drivers (an ide & agp driver) however after being booted for around 10 seconds.

I have never written a logon script before but I got to write a logon script for download font from the server to the local(other) computer. so what should I do ?I know how to put it on, but I can't fight it out how to write the script.

What am I missing

Was testing some thing but I got stump. I have 2 IDE running Win2K server. I was just testing the mirroring feature in W2K. I convert the basic disk to dynamic, create a mirror of IDE0 to IDE1. It goers through the regenerating stuff and reboot.

Explorer like Win2k in XP?

In Windows 2000 windows Explorer, you could set it up so that when you clicked on a file like an mp3 file or audio file it would play in explorer and a video file would show up as a small thumbnail video and you could play that in explorer also.

CD-ROM/DVD-ROM

I have a prob. and I was wondering if anybody could help me with it. Well it seems that when I try to install another CD-ROM or DVD-ROM that it gets rid of one of my other drives. Such as my CD-RW in the Master or my 2nd Hard Drive.

Having left an IE window open @ NTC, as I normally do, obviously the news would have gone out of date & there would be more news since I checked last. So I refreshed the page & put a word from what was the latest story before I refreshed the window into the find box to save me having to scroll down.

Maxtor ATA100 Adaptor problems

I decided to get a Maxtor ATA 100 adapter and hook up my ATA 100 hard disks with it. Right now my motherboard only supports ATA 66. I booted up WinXP with my card installed and installed the drivers for it.

TV Tuner card flickers with new Athlon XP 2000

I haven't been able to figure this one out yet. I recently upgraded my CPU from a Duron 750 (OC'd to 900) to an Athlon XP 2000 (Palamino). I've got a generic BT878 PCI TV tuner/recorder card. I like to record a lot of my favorite programs to DIVX.
