This sound card wont work properly. Its the card that has 2 line outs on the back, one mic jack, and one line in jack. . . . now the problem im having is i cant get it to output to four speakers. . i have to sets of speakers.

Can I use Voodoo 2 3D-accelerator PCI (12 Mb) and Voodoo 3 2000 AGP (16 mb) together in same computer? If I can what advantage I´ll have? ;(

AMD: 166 Mhz fsb?

The latest bios for the Asus A7V333 (1012 beta) shows a new option as standard 166 MHz fsb setting besides 100 and 133. Does this mean that AMD officially support 166 MHz fsb as standard? Asus is not a little player and I do not believe they did this without AMD's clearance.

This one (wxp-radeon-6-13-10-6118-efg) doesn't works on my All-in-wonder Radeon, the previous works fine, but this one really doesn't work. XP Found New Hardware, and can't find the right drivers, after 6 New Hardware Found messages nothing works, no TV, no capture, no audio, no nothing ;(.

Right now I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro running Windows 95 and I want to upgrade it to 2000. How do you think W2000 could run on a Pentium 200 MHz computer with 64 megs of RAM? Will be really slow or liveable?.

I don't think its a 2k problem but just general: I've got a compaq desktop 5200 mmx running 2k on a pentium 200, and since I installed a superior version then 95, I can't acces the bios, and can't install 95 anymore.

its quite funny that you test all those windows applications if they run on linux. someone should try running linux apps under winnt and post it on ntcompatible, it will be a looooong row of NO. maybe you should try finding native linux applications that fullfill the tasks you want.

Is there a way I can make subst commands persistant (they are still active at the next reboot)? I know you can map a network drive to a local folder to get a persistant directory mapped to drive but this solution is far from ideal.

Disk Cache takes all memory when copying large files

This is under Windows XP. I find that when I copy larger files and also running programs, all my memory is used on the disk cache and all programs are paged to disk. Anyone know of the fault and/or a workaround?.

Evertime i try to install the Game on XP i get an error : setup initialization error. So i can't install it. The data on the cd can be opened with Winace but not extraced. Can somebody help me please????.

When Win2k first came out all the magazines talked about how it butchered game framerates and playability. Have the service paks fixed these problems. I am thinking about Windows 2000. I have XP now and quite frankly I'm having some issues with it.
