Received the follow messages:
1) Printing works fine, as does standalone copying and
faxing, but PC based scanning/faxing doesn't work. HP didn't release full
drivers in an effort to get the product to market. Full drivers should be
available shortly.
HP advertises that the G85xi offers Win 2000 support, (stated on the box), however, when attempting to install and run the software included, one finds that there is no communication between the PC and G85xi. HP appologized saying that color printing portions of the device can be gained by using HP DeskJet 970Cse drivers, (included on Win2000 CD), until new Win2000 drivers/software for the G85xi are available, sometime in July.
