ixla recently posted the Windows 2000 update to their camera drivers. Apparently you are supposed to install the non-Windows 2000 compliant drivers off the original driver CD-ROM included with the camera first and then run the update program. I could not get all the ixla software to function properly, so I finally found that Xirlink actually manufactures these cameras and writes the drivers and markets them under their own name also so I went to http://www.xirlink.com/earthlink/digicamsdrivers.htm and downloaded those drivers which worked perfectly.
