ok, i downloaded this reallyy bad viruse(i'm not even shure it is)
i sacned the file w/ norton and syed it clear so i run the file
then the coputer shut down and when ever i try to log in the explorer dosnt run and after 5 seconed it sayed like welocme it gose logging off... and dosnt let me do anything!
i went to safe mod with dos promot and it dosnt log off i tried to do "sfc /scannow" and it give an erorr (something in the form of 0x5432121)i have aceses to the hole coputer how to i fix it???? please help

sounds like a virus.......... might be Isafs.exe Its a worm virus and activates going into explorer or other web facilities. had to format the pc with this on.

acttly it wasnt i solved the problem!
i went to winods folder and run explorer.exe and then my ducuments showed up so from the i went to system32 and restoerd the system and it worked!
