pls send me a installation guide and steps on how to configure my windows 2003 server to internet server, and how to configure client to connect to the internet from the server.

Is the server connected to a modem or router to internet?
Is the server in a domain or a workgroup? If a domain see below, otherwise point DNS to router's IP address.

Do you use a local DNS server? If so, configure Forwarders on DNS Properties to point to your ISP DNS servers!
