I was wondering if anyone can get NBA Live 2000 to work under Windows 2000. I have an ATI Rage 128 and I d-loaded the new special drivers but my computer still resets when I try to play. Any help is appreciated!!.

Win2k Boot Menu

Need to know how to restore the boot loader of win2k without going through the installation process again. Also along with that need a good boot menu that I can use to boot winME and Win2k and BeOs. Seeing how beos is just really an application and not a real OS installation (in terms of autobooting like other OS') ...

I upgraded from 98 to W2Kver5. 00. 2195 I am using a 16 meg Apollo Banshee Video Card. I am trying to get Janes Fighter Anthology and USAF to work. Both are supposed to be compatible. When I dble click the icon my screen goes black, see some colours for a min and back to the desktop I go.

Hey guys, i've tried running NFS 5 on my TNT card both did not work correctly(game froze). Has anyone succesfully played NFS 5 using a nvidia card? Directx8: A lot of people is involved in beta testing. Before dx7 came I had had 3 betas or something, now I have seen none. If someone know where to find this gem, I would love to hear about it. .

Hey Guys. . . I got a Sidewinder Pro gamepad and if I goto the Control Panel>Game Controlers> I can see the Sidewinder Pro and it tests out OK, I can test all of the buttons and calibrate the joystick everything works OK.

Lower performance in W2k

Hello!!! My system: P2 celeron dual 500 Voodoo 3500 Beta 2 w2k drivers 128 megg ram!! Well, now I have tested w2k up against w98. I realize that W98 still have the best performance in games since Voodoo don't support smp in 3d.

Rollcage II problems

Rollcage II doesnt seem to be working for me in D3D. Im running win2000 prof and trying to use D3D. The intro logos play and then the game quits to desktop. Anyone else have this problem? Any news on a fix?.

Mobil 1 Rally and MS Sidwinder Gamepad Problems

I'm running Rally Championship (U. S. ) with the latest patch. My problem is my controller (MS Sidewinder Gamepad) only works in the ARCADE mode. If I go to a rally, my controller does not work, heck even my keyboard doesn't work (ESC is not recognized).

Rogue spear problems

Ok I just got win2k the other day loaded it up updated drivers patches, etc. Then i tried to load rogue spear and run it. I get the missing eax. dll message and my system reboots itself. I have installed the 205 patch as instructed, but to no avail.

Hi, when i set game to 800x600 in options i get 85Hz but when i set it to 1024x768 it goes to 60hz, my monitor support 1024x768 @ 85hz is there anyway to change this? I tried dxdiag set to 85hz (bypass default) but no luck.

Help! I Cant run Halflife in Win2k final! A dialog box appears: hl. exe has generated errors. . . but the harddrive continues to work for 10-20 seconds. . . The OF demo runs perfectly OK! (Excuse my bad english!).

Viper V770 Ultra/ Sound Blaster Live Value w/win2k liveware. . . Can't chose higher resolution than 840X460 and 8 bit color. Using detonator 3. 78 drivers. . . also tried 5. 13 and 5. 02 (sorry if i got some of the numbers wrong) Also, if i enable hardware support for audio.

Direct3d & Voodoo2 in Win2k

I have a problem running BattleZoneII bacause it can not initiate my Direct3d. When i look at my properties for the directx it says under direct3d that no hardware was found. I can not install dx7a because it says that it is only for Windows95 & Windows98.

I can install and play the game but when I use the map key, objects key or use the escape key to save a game. And then return to the game the computer restarts. Does anyonelse have this problem or is there someone that has solved this problem? I have run the patch and it didn`t help.
