Trying to run game servers on NT 4.0

I have NT 4. 0 Workstation setup on one of my computers. My problem is I am trying to run a Q3 server on it, when I try to connect to the server my other computer just sits there and tries to connect forever.

Star Wars: Force commander in win2K

Anyone been able to run force commander under win2k. It works fine in win98 but when I try to start it up in win2K i just get a black window that takes consumes all of my cpu power, doing nothing. My system is a dual celeron 500, 256 mb ram, leadtek winfast tnt2 ultra.

Figrued out the NV15 quake 3 level

Duh, I figured out that if you go to demos there is a nv15 demo if you installed it. Some people posted taht they couldent play it, i cant play it, but still i figured out what the reason why you could download it.

I had the same problems of the game stopping at the loading screen using as much memory as it could get. Deleting/Renaming the gimme. dll file did nothing. What did work for me was going to and using the no cd crack exe for this game.

When i first bought sof before i installed it my friend acciedentaly broke it. i was pissed but he copyed his copy for me. I had to get a crack for it so i got the general crack. anways it loads extreamly slow and long.

I have DirectX version -1 (in W2k)

When browsing the DirectX applet in the control panel, I see that I have DirectX version -1 (minus 1). This is of course not true. I can play thoses games that do not explicitly look for the version number.

Anyone get this game to work? The game worx fine for me under win2k pro but when I go to load up a game I saved a windows error pops up and crashes the game. Anyone else encounter this or is it an isolated prob.

Just try the game Euro 2000. It's exactly the same game apart it has the right of the Euro 2000. Do u remember FIFA98 & World Cup 98?? Not very much difference. . . But Euro2k (from EA Sports) works under Win2k !.
