choppy cutscenes in games under win2k

I have an Athlon 700, 196MB ,Asus V7700 deluxe & SB Live. Win2k SP1 & DirectX8 installed. On most of the games where cutscenes are, there are very choppy (for example Monkey4 & America) I am yet to find a succcessful fix.

Windows 2000 and copied CDs ?????

I have no problem running original CDs, but as if i want to play copied CD-s, they install fine, but when i replace. exe file, and double click on it, there is always some error. It is 100% crack thing.

Masters of Orion II and Win2K issues

I'm having trouble getting Masters of Orion II to run on my laptop with Win2K. The game is the 95/98 version of MOOII. Game ran fine on same laptop before Win2K upgrade (Win95), and runs fine on Win2K dektop computers.

i cannot get any DOS games with graphics to run on my school's computers under Windows NT 4. 0 because the video device failed to initialise for full screen mode and i can't seem to set the DOS box to display full-screen.

Problem in Windows 2000 Pro SP1. Every now and then when I play one of my games i have been getting a Blue screen talking about a iraq error or something? i dont believe its a irq error, it then says its going a memory dump.

Hello, I have a question about a gamepad i installed under windows 2000 as administrator. The administrator is the only one who can use the gamepad. All other user can't see the gamepad in the control panel under gamecontrols.

I'm currently using the 6. 50 drivers for my Geforce2 GTS 64, and despite all my efforts i cannot get rid of that ultra annoying flickering when i play mechwarrior 4. i'm using win2k and have an AMD T-bird 1ghz.

UT Frame Rate Seems To Be Slow

Help!!!! Since installing UT under WIN2K the frame rate feels like it is running slow. I get killed before I see the opposistion and I have a ping of 30. Also the mouse seems to be not as sensitive, running a Boomslang 2000 on USB.

Okay, I'm pretty ticked off right now. I've been waiting too long to enable my Direct 3D features on windows 2000. I've downloaded the latest drivers from the manufacturers of Nvidia and Microsoft to enable this, and it finally worked.

I have Windows 2000. I have tried to install Quake3 Arena, and OpenGL is needed to run the game. However, OpenGL will not install from the Quake3 Arena CD, because Windows 95 or 98 is needed. So how do I install it, or where can I get a Windows 2000 compatible copy???.

This 3D screensaver is AWESOME! It really works nice with a GTS too! You can even download a DEMO of it. I am not really into screensavers, but when I went to look at it from a link elsewhere, WOW!!!.
