win2k doesnt 'remember' cpu priority after restart

i have set cpu priority mode to real time for Counter Strike & photoshop 6 but after the restart the priority goes back to normal. How do i get the OS to remember the modes?.

Dedicated Quake3 server? NO OPENGL

I'm trying to run a dedicated Q3A server(for testing purposes) with this: K6-2 333 64 mb RAM ATI MACH64 2mb vid card(or SIS 4 mb if I do onboard video) the Ati card does NOT have openGL support.

With the March Updates, Microsoft has added Compatibility modes for win2k as they are in whistler. There you go! Every other game and application would be working in Win2k. Miku.

LucasArts posted me this not official solution for X-Wing Collectors Series & Trilogy (X-Wing 95 & TIE Fighter 95. Maybe X-Wing vs TIE Fighter too): I have received reports from customers who were able to run this game on a Windows 2000 system.

Problems w/ Star Wars Racer

I am having a problem getting Racer to work under Windows2000. It installed correctly, but when i go to run the game, it exits and doesn't give me any error messages. I get to the blue bar, and it fills to about 95%.

Help Me - I have a problem with the boot menu. I installed win2k on another drive and then it cocked up so i decided to install it on my C: drive alongside winme. But i noticed that the boot menu still has the option to boot to the old win2k installation.

Hello, I'm french and have a little problem with my Win2k Professional (french version of course). . . I can't run games on it ! Half-Life, Unreal, Blood 2 don't work. . . The same message each time doesn't work on win NT.

Hi, After some minutes my computer hangs. Only a hard reset solves the problem. The Problem occurs with the following games: Deus Ex, Unreal Tournament and No One Lives Forever. I've the newest patches for all the games.

Falcon IV is running great using the Direct setting except whenever I try to exit a game, not the app, I get a black screen. Going to Taskman, two things are running. . . Direct and Exclusive mode, both not responding.

Grand Prix 3 Clipping with Voodoo 5500

Has anybody been able to run GP3 in Win 2000? Game starts fine, then goes through a series of video calibration tests at various resolutions. I get severe clipping at all resolutions. I am not overclocking the videocard, and I don't have this problem in any other games.
