Detonator 3.68 & W2K...

Hi there! I have an ELSA Erazor III (TNT2) card and i run W2k Pro(2195). I'm using the latest (beta!) drivers from ELSA but i'm wondering if i could use the NVIDIA Detonators (3. 68 i think) for NT4.

Win2k Adv Server Problem

Can anyone help me with this problem? I have just installed 2k adv server on a pute, it went through the install fine, but on bootup after install is finished, it stops dead, no bsod, no error, just stops.

Hi all! I´m in trouble with my Fritz!XPC it´s an external ISDN Modem. They Driver are for WIN 95/98 and NT4. 0 I try the NT 4. 0 Driver Setup, nut they say use the win 95 Setup The win 95 Setup dont work, so i try it to install manuall with the Hardwaremanager, but there is no Chance to find a right *.

HP CD Writer+ 7500 Internal does not work in Windows 2000 Windows 2000 will not boot after installing its software and shows a blue screen with something about ntoskrnl. exe or something like that. Also does anyone know how to remove the screen that asks me if I want to boot into Windows 2000 Professional or MS DOS.

i got the abit bx6-2 and just updated to the latest bios. im wondering now, if it's worth to switch on the ACPI Enable in Bios, and tell win2k 2195 to use it. . . what's the advantage of it for me? any comments would be welcome.

can't go in hibernation

Final Version?

If Windows Update does not show any Critical Updates does that mean I do NOT have the final version? I heard that MS found some huge security problem and posted an update, yet none show up for me. Does this mean that I will never be able to update this build (2195 is what it says)?.

I have a problem: Win2000 finds my card and installs drivers to it (i think) and its working fine. . . i reboot. . and then it doesnt work when i load w2000 again and the errorcode for the device is 10 (the device cannot start).

Wierd Modem Problem

Win2K highjacks my phone line. When I had the fax monitor enabled the computer would make a ringing noise when I recieved a call but the phones would not ring. I disabled the fax thing and now there is no indication that there is an incoming call.

Auto-Insert Notification

How does one adjust Auto-Insert Notification under Windows 2000? Under Win98 one just has to go into the Device Manager, and the CD-ROM has a checkbox for this under it. I tried to find it in Windows 2000 but no luck!! I install VMWare trial and it turned it off, so now I cannot figure out how to turn it back on.

Please help with sound problem!

I am having problems with my sound whenever I play games like Half-Life. At some point while playing I will lose sound and have to reboot. I am using an Abit BP6 with dual celerons. It does it with both an MX300 and an SBLive Gamer.
