Easy CD Creator Deluxe on IE 5.5SP1 HELP!!

For some odd reason, Adaptec's Easy CD Creator 4. 02a Deluxe will not install on my PC that's running IE 5. 5SP1. It says I have the wrong version of IE. If anyone knows a fix please let me know! Dredd Webmaster of DreddNews.

Photoshop 6.0

Has anyone else had problems with Photoshop 6 locked up on them frequently? I had 5. 5 on my system and purchased the 6. 0 update and since that point it is locked up all the time. Generally when going up into the menus only.

Netscape 6 does not work with Shockwave plug-in

I installed the newly-released final version of Netscape 6. 0, and was going to download the plug-in for Macromedia Shockwave at but saw the warning at that page: ATTENTION NETSCAPE 6 USERS: Shockwave Player does not currently function satisfactorily in Netscape 6.

Hi guys, I just converted my Windows 2000 Server to Terminal Server. However, I have already installed a lot of programs and I heard in order to use Terminal Services, I should enable Terminal Services right after the installation of Windows 2000.

Hello: I am running Wink2 Advanced Server and IIS. My internet connection is @home (cable modem). In order to administer my ISP account information, I am supposed to input www in my browser, which bring me to @home's admin page.

Hello: Recently installed ICQ2000b and trying to use the ICQPhone feature. PC to Phone calls are ok; however, PC to PC calls do not work. Also can't use ICQ chat, file transfer, and MS Messenger PC to PC calls.

Netscape 6.0 does not work with SafeWeb SSL gateway

I tried to use the SafeWeb page at to access Web pages with SSL interface and got the following error consistently: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Invalid URI in request GET /_s%3Adummyframe.

Hi, Guys, I have Windows 2000 installed on a HD. When I putt that HD into another computer with a different motherboard and stuff. It gives me an error @ starting saying INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE Help! Thanks.

Netscape 6 dual with 4.76

Can you still dual boot, as it were, Netscape 6 with 4. 7x as was possible with the pre-releases? I want it all, I know. I want to be able to make sure that my web pages work in all 3 browsers though.

I recently applied MS's 12-Oct Security Update, and now can no longer run any IIS services, save for the Admin service itself. It gives me something like this: Cannot start the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) service on Local Computer.

Diskeeper 6.0 boot-time defrag VERY slow

Just upgraded to Diskeeper 6. 0 server ed. Scheduled a boot-time defrag of MFT and directory consolidation.
