The Vortex is a hard drive cooler, and nothing more. You have control over one fan - a rail fan for the hard drive. You can monitor the temperature of that drive as well. The Vortex also features a vibration dampening installation platform. We'll put it to the test, and see if it offers hardcore HDD cooling performance, or falls short of the other awesome cooler we looked at this week.
