VIAHardware.com has put up a review on the MSI MX400 Pro-VT32S Video Card.
The MS-8833 includes all the features of the MX400 chip, and also includes Video-In and Video-Out (TV) support, as well as DVD software and video editing software (and the 183MHz memory clock of course).
