Microsoft has released Windows Vista build 5270 to beta testers.

As first revealed here in WinInfo, Microsoft on Monday released the December Community Technical Preview (CTP) version of Windows Vista, or build 5270, to beta testers and MSDN subscribers. Windows Vista build 5270 is a marked improvement over the previous CTP build with an emphasis on new security performance and mobility, and user interface features. Additionally, build 5270 includes dramatically improved versions of Windows Media Player 11 and Media Center.
