I need a driver for a kodak dc290 digital camera can you help

i have a hp pavilion a 867c ad im trying to uninstall the on board video and it wont let me ever time i disable the onboard video through bios and through windows and uninstall drivers it comes back i have a geforce 7800 that i want to use and cant cause every time i install the drivers my screen goes blank and i have to restart in safe mode please help me
