APH Networks: Corsair VOID Wireless v2 Review
It is currently April, but when I look at the weather forecast, I see it is going to be snowing on the weekend. There are many things that make sense in this world, but Calgary weather is absolutely not one of them. A day could start off sunny with clear skies and then suddenly start pouring hail before returning to normal like nothing ever happened. What is predictable about the weather here is the -30 degrees Celsius winters and 30 degrees Celsius summers. In the winter, I have the power of the heater on my side. In the summer, I unfortunately do not have the aid of air conditioning. In the 13 years I have lived in Calgary, I have built a certain amount of tolerance for the heat, but that does not change the way my body reacts. I sweat quite easily, so during the summer, I get pretty soaked just from sitting and gaming. I am quite literally a sweaty gamer. There was a point in time when I used headsets for gaming, but I found them to be quite uncomfortable due to the weight and heat buildup around the ears. I eventually changed to in-ear monitors to solve those issues. The downside of them is I am tied down by a wire. I do not know if others have this issue, but I have a hard time leaving my PC while I am in a call because I am always afraid that someone will try to talk to me while I am away. If only there was something that is lightweight, has great breathability to tackle the summer heat, and can allow me to stay connected in calls while I am away from the keyboard. Lucky for me, the product for today's review has the potential to meet all these requirements. The VOID Wireless v2 is Corsair's new product, which is advertised to be very lightweight with great breathability and comfort in the cushioning used. Will this be the headset I need to solve all my issues? Read on to find out!

For neck and shoulder support you didn't know you needed.
