Overall the products works fine, both versions (free and pro) offer some system optimization, the pro versions offers some other tweaks.

The only drawback for this product is the registry cleaner, I used it and screwed my cacheman xp & speedswitch xp programs, I reinstalled them to fix the issue.

So my advise, use all the other software features EXCEPT the registry cleaner, you could use ccleaner which in my opinion is the best file & registry cleaner and after 1 year of using it never has corrupted anything.

Since I've been using AWC V2, there's not much need for Cacheman XP excepting some of the tweaks Cacheman can provide. In addition as with any registry cleanup utility, you should never accept the default values of "ALL Errors" to be fixed in your registry. You name it, I've used it! The Smartram feature of AWC V2 kicks butt! If I had the money I would definitely purchase this program!

Advanced WindowsCare Personal works but little by little my PC started freezing and also it worked slower and slower. It was messing my Registry and the Optimization System didn't work quite well, it showed over and over the same mistake which in fact wasn't an issue to correct. In the StartUp Programmes list it didn't include one important software in spite I indicated to allow it in Trusted Zone.
After I uninstalled this programme and rebooted my machine, everything went smooth, fast and fine.
