WindowsXP no longer boots up on my laptop!! Not sure what happened after I let all the malware files be deleted. The question at the end about "default hosts" made no sense to me, so I might have goofed when I chose to restore the default hosts. There needs to be more information about this question IF that is why my laptop is now "dead" -- reformat will be needed. Sure wish I had taken the time to do a recent backup of my data! Bummer!!!!!
